drop down menu and right click menu flickers and vanishes when using laptop screen, ok on second display
I am using Firefox 7.0.1 on a samsung R710 laptop, when a menu dropdown or right click pops up it suddenly vanishes or flickers away.
when pluging in another screen it works normally,
how do I fix this

Have this in Firefox 8.0.1
Try to disable hardware acceleration.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
