Note Babylon related software is sometimes associated with Firefox problems. Try in firefox's [[safe mode]] * do not make changes in the first window, just click on continue * use only the default themes * if problems persist then whilst still in safe mode disable all plugins * see also [[troubleshooting extensions and themes]] If crashes continue then see [[firefox crashes]] I run several versions of Firefox on XPs without crashes, so I would hope the problem is solvable and due to something on your system.
