I have been needing to print shipping labels from both USPS and UPS websites and am getting 1/4 and 1/2 size labels. 1/4 size will not work and 1/2 size are smaller than optimum. Also found reduced size on a couple other sites when printing order confirmations. I had just downloaded driver update for my Epson printer so called them and worked through them to find that printer prints fine off IE7 but had quit printing properly off Mozilla which I much prefer to use. Help.

Thanks for the reply but it still wants to do this. I checked a label I made earlier today and opened the preview window and it wants to print it half size again. I checked all the items mentioned in printer preferences which I had done earlier as well. Everything seems fine there. Every web page doesn't do this though so I'm wondering just what is at fault. I printed the page you sent me too and it printed fine. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
