I use Kapresky Internet Security 2011 and I accidentally downloaded your latest update. This cancelled out Kapersky. When will I get fix so it works again??
Somewhere I hit the download button for the update and when I did, Kaspersky doesn't work when using Firefox/Mozilla. How can I get it back working. Kaspersky has been the best anti-virus, etc., system I have ever had. Thanx

Upgrade your Kaspersky from 2011 to 2012. Upgrade is free during license period. It means you can activate Kaspersky with same key. Upgrading tips, instruction are can be found here
Patch h for Kaspersky 2012 is currently in beta testing progress and it will be release asap by Kaspersky lab Via database update..you can follow progress here
