Hi mjmarcus, Firefox is a web browser. It displays the content of existing sites. Things like email or page contents come from the content provider. Who is your email provider? You'll probably have better luck consulting their help documentation. You might want to try from another browser as well so you can see if this issue is only happening in Firefox. I'd image that there is just some extra encoding being added to your emails if you are using the wysiwyg editor. Hopefully this helps!
