Firefox no longer autopopulates email addressees, what's up?
Until very recently, when I would type the 1st few letters of any contact's name in the "TO:" to begin an email, I would be provided a list of choices which matched my typing. Now there are no suggestions and in order to write an email I must enter the enter email address of my contact. With hundreds of contacts, this is ridiculous AND this works with Internet Explorer. Please fix this glitch or I'll have to search for another browser! Thanks

The website may be using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving autocomplete data.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save autocomplete data.
You can also check the settings for saving form data.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > History: "Remember search and form history"
thanks cor-el, but i've already checked into these areas and settings are correct yet the problem still continues
