Hi marygilles56, Firefox is a web browser. It displays the content of existing sites. Things like email or page contents come from the content provider. Who is your email provider? You'll probably have better luck consulting their help documentation. Any easy way to see if the problem is on the Firefox side is to try using IE or Safari. If the issue still happens with both of them, it's an issue with your email provider. Hopefully this helps!
