I am using firefox 10.0.2 64x on a win7 64x machine. Almost every time that I quit or exit the program the main browser window closes then when I attempt to start the program again I get a message telling me that the software is still active. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it doesn't change anything. It doesn't make any difference whether a tab or some tab windows were open or just the main browser window is open when I quit, I can close using close window or "Exit" from the main menu the system still reports that the software is still active. Only force quit with the task manager works. Please can you help with this as it is becoming a bore now.
