On a web page, when I press the "Page Down" key, or click on the scroll bar, Firefox scrolls 1 line too far. Is there a way to set Firefox to scroll exactly 1 page?

I'm using Firefox 11 and Win7.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
