I am able to open the site, but when I type in a journey with dates and times, an error message appears: Your journey planning session has timed out due to inactivity.

Sometimes I get beyond this, but as soon as I try to pay for my tickets, the website simply locks. Avira scans show no detections

hello, as a first step please you try to clear all the history for this site as it is described here. and check if this can resolve the issue.
