I am running FireFox 3.6
Now you have built in crashes to my Firefox because I won't update from the 3.6. Why can't you leave me alone. I'm not hurting anyone and I'm not in anybody's way. Why do you pick on seniors. i cannot update my Firefox. I cannot use any of my other software if I do update. It all becomes useless. And on a fixed income, I cannot afford to update all the other software. Firefox crashes over and over and over. You get the reports every time, but no one bothers to communicate with me, and no one wants to help. All you want is blind obedience.

Be aware that Flash 11.3 isn't officially compatible with Firefox 3.6.x, so you can try to downgrade to Flash 10.3

Firefox 3.6.28 is old as it has been out since March 13 and there have not been any updates for 3.6 in any fashion since.
I agree that it may actually be the much newer Flash 11.3 plugin you have that is causing crashes.

It:s not a flash problem. I use 3.6.28 and I have NO problems. Even today, Flash updated itself to a newer version for Firefox. Still NO problems. I have used Firefox since version 0.6 and I don"t seem to have any of the problems I see on this forum' I think the problem is more to do with users not allowing their computers to interact with Mozilla and the updates that are required to keep the Browser working properly. Personally. I don't like the Interface for the newer versions, and since I'm old and set in my ways, I guess I will stick to what works for me.
bill,
Well good for you - no crashes. How does that help the person who started this thread - who does have a problem?
Anecdotal tales about how good Firefox 3.6.28 works for you really doesn't help the original poster.
if you don't have anything positive to contribute which helps the "owner" of a question thread, please refrain from posting anything at all. If you need help with a problem of your own, please start your own question thread and ask for help. Otherwise you are interfering with the support process for the "owner" of this thread and that won't be tolerated here.
