How can I use microsoft outlook for my email. I cannot find an icon to associate or link microsoft outlook in mozilla firefox. I have been using the simple mail addon for my email, but I prefer to use outlook.

You can try to set it in Firefox Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Applications, by changing the mailto Action.
