Is there a way to remove plugin-container in firefox 14.0.1? Any extra process is unacceptable and I've always had plugin-container remove before. But from what I read it is needed to run the newest flash, so can gives us a option to automatically close the plugin-container after you have played a flash video, I hate to manually shut it down every time. OR embed the plugin container into firefox.exe so thats it isnt another process.

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue to the about:config page.
  3. Find dom.ipc.cnabled in the list and toggle its value to false.

That is simple unacceptable, and doesnt answer my other questions. But seems this page has no official support I suppose I can only hope those features I suggested will someday be implemented. Well been with firefox from the start, but now it seems I have to find another browser.
