Today, when I opened Mozilla (before I upgraded it to the newest version and the problem persists even after upgrading it to the newest version), I noticed that all my websites, where I placed Facebook Share button, act strange, when I am logged into Facebook. Where ever there is Facebook button on my website or in my e-store, no link works normally. I can not link on any of my links on that page or e-store.

For example, when I visit my e-store and choose a category with 10 products, I can not click on any of the first 5 or 6 products, because the link do not work. When I click on the 7th o 8th product, the link does work, however, when I land on the page with a speciffic product, I can not order it, because the links on that page does not work - Each site and category, even the site with products includes FB Share button and I believe it has something to do with that. Because, when I remove the FB Share button, the website starts to work normally. What is more, if I leave the FB Share button intacted in the website and logg out of Facebook, the website works normally again.

Can you, please, help me to solve the problem or suggest me what to do in order to solve it?

The websites where I placed FB buttons seem to work fine in other browsers, like IE, GoogleChrome, etc.

I only have this problem with Mozilla and I'm using the latest version.

Thank you!

What version of Firefox are you running, and in case it's a version detection problem, would you mind updating your useragent string (detected here as 3.6.20)? If needed: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.

If there is a conflict between Facebook's scripts and your scripts, there might be some indication in Firefox's Error Console (Ctrl+Shift+j).

Dear jscher2000, thank you for your response! I'm running 16.01 version, so the 3.6.20 version isn't the correct one. I've updated it yesterday.

I also have to mention that today everything seems to work just fine! :) I don't experience the problems anymore and all links work again just normally, eventhough I'm logged into Facebook account. Maybe it was just a temporary bug.

I couldn't say what was the reason to that solution, but I'm glad there aren't problems anymore with Mozilla.

Thank you again and best regards,

Nina
