Hello, After Firefox update there is no toolmar and menus, Firefox window turns blue and blurry

When I open Firefox, it shows only close/collapse buttons that work and a Firefox button that asks to close, collapse etc. Nothing else is available. The whole Firefox window is blue and transparent. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefix, it does not help.
