i am on a page from a store where I purchase supplies for my projects. The page contains a blank order form. Can I type directly on the web page form?

Can you try to clarify what you mean?
Is there content missing on that page or can't you type in the form or is something else wrong?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)
If you can't type in the form then try to use the tab key to get to the fields.
