I need to disable firefox to download abdobe flash player but i dont know how and how do i enable it again
I need to upgrad my flashplayer but its telling me to disable firefox first but i dont know how can you help please also how do I enable it again.

You don't actually need to disable Firefox, you should be able to just close it for a minute or two while Flash completes its updates.
What version of Flash are you trying to install? The current version is available here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (make sure to uncheck the box for any bonus software you don't want)
