I asked this question about a year ago here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/884702

This answer worked fine until version 21. Now when I follow these steps, the add-on doesn't install.

To recap, I do large scale rollouts of Firefox, and I'd like to be able to setup a group of add-ons that will be installed automatically (I don't want to manually install each one).

How do I do this?

Thanks!

hello brundleflyguy, not much has changed - however the files now have to go into \browser\extensions within the program folder. some background on the issue is explained in www.ghacks.net/2013/05/15/why-you-may-have-lost-access-to-plugins-or-extensions-in-firefox-21/.
