I have tried to sync my LG Nexus 4 (running Android 4.2.2) with my Windows 7 PC , both running the most current versions of Firefox. All sync instructions on the Firefox site have been followed, pairing devices, etc., but still I am not able to access any of the sync information on either device. Firefox Mobile>Settings>Sync confirms that it is syncing, but somehow it is not getting through.

When I click on the Firefox tab in top left of PC browser, there is a prompt to "Synchronize now" but this does not seem to do anything when pressed.

Thanks in advance for help to set this up successfully.

Firefox Sync has been having some problems lately. The servers that handle it are a bit overloaded. They're slowly coming back online, last I heard they were syncing, but only allowing one every 12 hours per device. I'm not sure if this is still the case, though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you Tanner for your reply. The problem is still there, hopefully it will be able to sync by tomorrow.

Hello all,

This problem has still not changed, any ideas of what might still be the problem? The prompt to "Synchronize now" is still there in the Firefox browser, but does nothing when pressed.

Any ideas how to fix this and get firefox to sync?
