Firefox started updating from 22.0 to 23.0.1 and still pending after 26 hours.

Please go to www.getfirefox.com, download the latest version of firefox, close Firefox, then install it.
Have you tried rebooting the computer since then?
I had rebooted twice, but decided to try once again before doing the reinstall. Third time was the charm. The install is installed. Thanks!
