Is that ad for PC cleanup from you or is it malware?
After I reset Firefox it now opens in a search page with a large flashing ad to "clean up PC problems" and I don't trust clicking on it. This all began with an encounter with some MXDJ program, if that helps.

- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
