Firefox crashes every time it starts up
Firefox crashes every time I try to open it. I have tried resetting and it also crashes in safe mode. The last crash report is: Crash ID: bp-4a5920f6-779f-431f-9c4b-6edb12100324 My OS is XP Professional and I am running v25 of Firefox.

That crash report doesn't seem to have been send.
See if you can submit this report by clicking on it on the about:crashes page if there aren't any other (more recent) reports with a "bp-" prefix that have been send.
