I have legal access to the us.army.mil websites. your security certificates will not allow me entrance saying this is not a trusted site. You have this repeated over and over again even though I click on for you to proceed anyway and the next thing I know I'm starting over. I am very frustrated by this as YOU have wasted hours of my precious time. I must have access to this website so I can do my job.
