The attempt to claim my gift was a real run-around. I went through Bogabids and Wippy. I paid Bogabids the R24 postage that was required, received an answer asking for my ID and "signed credit card form". The bank has never heard aof the latter. Now I have had an amount of R522 charged to my credit card. What for?

Sorry, that survey wasn't from Mozilla - it was a "phishing" attack.

It doesn't tell me how to claim my fraudulently taken money. AND the survey window is still appearing. How many more people will be robbed before you prevent it?

Did you complete the Fraud Report and send it to Mozilla? Also, please report the site to the Google Safe Browsing Team.

As far as your money, contact your credit card company to dispute that payment as being deceptive or fraudulent.

That window still appearing leads me to think that you picked up a virus or malware from somewhere. Run a full anti-virus scan with your AV program or Security Suite, and also run these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
