I've been trying to download text plus on my Alcatel one touch fierce phone in play store. But when I do I get an error message...your content filtering level does not allow you to download this item. How do I change the content filtering level?

Firefox for Android is a "Low Maturity" application as it can be used to display any page on the internet including some content that people may find objectionable. Which is consistent with Google's guidelines.
