I have tried to print PDF documents from two of my accounts--Bank of America and American Express. Won't print. but will print if I use Windows Explorer.

Other users have reported the same problem but I haven't researched the solution (if any). I think the best short-term workaround is to change to using the Adobe Acrobat plugin. This article has the steps for that: View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer.
