How to recall emails when hard drive crashes
My harddrive crashed and they could save my data and files on it, so they are transferring it to another harddrive. Is there a way to get my emails back.
I have backed up my hard drive about a month before the Harddrive crashed....would there be a file or some way I can recoup them? Thank you

Hi Fabian, Just wanted to know I went to see that Las Vegas group last night. Great bunch of guys but for the most part only a few have ever worked with Thunderbird and it was along time ago and others none. There is a guy there that asked to take the backup harddrive with him and do a deep search on it as he did a search last night that took 2 hours and it gave him files but not deep enough. I agreed as he gave me his phone number, address and work address (works for government) And not that I have to sensitive of info on it. We will see. They asked for no money but they did order pizza and beverages from the outside and I paid for it. It was real interesting being there and watch them play with this very old computer (one of which I remember working on in my younger day and another huge computer (about 3.5ft long) that ran on these hard metal tapes. We will see what they come up with, if anything.
I DO HAVE ONE QUESTION....I downloaded that MozBackup. I have created a folder in my partition drive to save it to. I am hoping that it was the right thing to do as when I do my monthly backups to my external tarebite that of course it will save that file to. Do you know, does it work that way? One of the things they told me last night is the fact that I only backup my data on my external and not C and that the profile file seems to store in C. Windows corrupted C on that harddrive so now it is a fight to see if it can be recovered according to them. So again, my question, Now that I have MozBackup on my partition drive in its own folder, when I back up my partition drive monthly will that file backup properly too, should I ever need to restore it. Also how can I set MozBackup to backup to the partition drive file automatically? Thanks again, so appreciated.
