As far as I'm aware, it is just google that is doing this, but from time to time, google fails to load, and displays the 'SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)' error message. This clears up in a minute or so when it occurs, but it always manages to appear at the worst times. I've used that SSL checking tool I found on this site, and nothing seems to be wrong on my end.

Do you ever use google with http instead of https in front of the address? Please also check with your ISP.
