1. Clear the Cache

hello guigs2, thanks for yr help, yes this is about a personal desktop computer, sorry who is wiki admin? i have cleared the cache both java and flashplayer are enabled and up to date. i only use this to upload to one site. i have been using explorer in a work around. what next?

I am not sure what blog platform is used, or if its custom. But most uploaders use both Java or Flash.

Some of the recommended general checks may not apply:

• Clearing Cache
• Disable addons and try Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
• Temporarily disable pop up blocker

Is a Browse button used to upload the files like you see on this forum?

Also check that your security software isn't blocking these uploads.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
