Hi did you tried to restart firefox in safe mode as explained here ?

If you do so, if you don't have a firefox sync account to backup all your personal datas like addons and bookmarks, you should use mozbackup, a utility to backup profiles of Mozilla-based software. You can get it here.

It cant soled through using safe mode..

No i cant reset firefox with the solution above..its still now happened crashing problem..

Okay, so hum, try this : first backup all your datas with mozbackup, or all your bookmarks as explained here if possible, then uninstall firefox completely (delete personal datas), restart computer to take in consideration the changes. After that, reinstall firefox.

Maybe it can do something.

I HAVE ALREADY TAKE THIS REINSTALL process but cant solved.....is this problem related to Ram? my ram is not good condition...

yes, bad ram is one of the causes that can lead firefox to crash. you could test your system with a tool like www.memtest.org
