I navigated to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/. The page displays, but none of my plug-ins are listed under Plugin Status.

hello italiangm, this has been a server-side bug during the last few hours - it has been fixed by the mozilla webops team now, so you should see results again on https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck! sorry for the inconvenience...

Make sure that NoScript isn't blocking any scripts on that page.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
