You have to versions of flash, I suggest before anything you uninstall and reinstall Flash. If that does not work attempt to start Firefox in safe mode.

Next if problem is still not solved attempt a refresh.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.

Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>

key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
