OS. Windows 7 (X64), FF38.0.1. Windows Media Player. I downloaded media Player for You Tube videos; Video download helper; Simple You Tube HTML video player; You Tube Flash video Player. Yet I am not able to play a video from any website that continuously streams. It constantly is loading, showing a few seconds of the video and then loading again. I realize that some where in my set up of these aids I miss something important. Being 70 years of age and not too familiar with all this technical stuff makes it sometimes quite frustrating. Please assist either by suggesting a course of action or a link where I can learn to do this properly. Thanks, Robert

What website is this happening other than Youtube?
If it is just that site and you have successfully installed each of these please restart Firefox and navigate to the page. If you have not yet tried flash, these are instructions how to do this:
The other supported player is the HTML5 player, which should load by default.
Since this is giving issues I might just try to update your drivers:

Hello rmcguigan , Thank you for your reply. Yes I tried Flash as well. Websites it happened on where IMDB, official; movie trailers, alternative news sites, etc. I have an automatic driver update program that keeps me ahead of the game. First I thought it was my :"Anonymox' proxy that caused all the problems. However even with it inactive it still happened. I now have activated "Speedbit video accelerator" and it seems to do the trick because on both IE as well as Firefox it provides me with a much better streaming. I did not like Speedbit because I had de-activated it because it did interfere with other programs. However since it appears to provide some good support while watching videos on-line, I will activate it only then. Thank you for support and info. Cheers, Robert
