Firefox crashes alway on Video "libsystem_platform.dylib@0x2e34"

Hello, Firefox keeps crashing when loading Videos. It does'nt matter if video loads via flash or direct. Crash happens on any page that contains video, which makes browsing not easy. Youtube, Facebook, etc.

Videos with autostart make FF crash automatically, on youtube the crash happens after starting playback.

Firefox crashes since I updated to FF 39 on July 27th.

I refreshed my profile, deactivated all plugins and even in safe mode the crashes happen. The latest crash report has the ID 04127451-f8ed-494e-9289-96a432150930

Is there anything I can do?

Thank you.

Ok, Problem solved with latest update to FF 41.

So, the problem seems to be solved on youtube videos. So far, FF still crashes on Facbook Videos or any other videos that autoload. This happens mostly when preloading videos when I am scrolling a site, so I don't see the actual video. Safari has its problems with videos as well, but displays everything after reloading. So I think part of the problem lies within MAC OS X. Chrome works without a problem, so I will have to use it until this is fixed.

Upgrade to Firefox 41.0.1

This is not a cure, but should let the web page load without crashing.

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it

Thanks, but I have Flash deactivated by default. I tested it also with active flash but it makes no difference.
