'Connect error 10060' usually means that the connection timed out. What that means is that when you pressed the 'send' button, your computer sent a message to the server asking for permission to transmit your mail: it then waited for a while, either got no response or didn't get the response it was looking for, and then gave up. There are many possible causes, alas. It might be that your computer is sending the wrong information initially (the wrong port number, for example); it might be that the server is overloaded, or temporarily out of action; it might be that your internet connection is slow. Since this only happens with your home computer I would start by double-checking your account settings and making sure that they are exactly as specified by your ISP. Also check your internet connection: for example, if there's a lot of traffic on your home network that could slow things up. (I used to have a problem sending mail whenever my son was in another room playing games online!)
