how can i give geek squad access to my pc for assistance?
contract with geek squad to maintain my pc in which they get access to my computer remotely. when asking for assistant from geek squad 3/14/16 i was denied access. I would like to know how to override this? madd

They presumably also provide 24/7 phone support so why not ask them.
