被選擇的解決方法

Hi, have look in the Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Plugins & Extensions, and remove it if it's there.

If not, you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

I found the answer helpful and tried the first two suggestions addon manager and scanning the first anti-virus option, when that didn't find anything I tried to solve it myself.

I managed to get to Firefox restore previous settings or something like that. This allowed Firefox to return to original settings which removed the offending toolbar.

Thank you for your help
