respected team i have firefox sync key and want to recover my bookmarks and passwords but when i tried to sign in with my account name,password and recovery key, there was an error that"failed to connect to the server" please help me as soon as possible

hi chetandevani, the current firefox sync system doesn't have a recovery key - so it appears you are referring to the "old sync", which was decommissioned in autumn of last year.
if you want to use firefox sync, please update to a current version of firefox and create a new firefox account: Update Firefox to the latest release Firefox Sync upgrade - Frequently Asked Questions
edit: data from the old sync system that is not synced to a local profile will be lost by now.
