During an upgrade from W7 to W10 all of my programs and related files were deleted. I want to reconstitute by Mozilla bookmarks using the entries in the location bar file/cookie. Is it possible to do this in a mass move and if so how?

Restore Bookmark Backups

To open the Bookmarks Manager, press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar, and select Bookmarks. Hot key is <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> B.

Once the window is open, at the top of the page, press the button labeled Import and Backup. Select Restore. From the list, pick the file you want and click it.

This did not solve my issue. I want to use the entries that are associated with the Location bar. The bookmarks in the Mozilla backup file cover only the few places I have bookmarked in the last few days. The Location bar file shows all of the formerly bookmarked sites. How can I get those into my bookmark list? Is there a file designation that I can use to import from the Location bar file?
