I have a Thunderbird account. I signed up for an account thru you that is through gandi.net. My username is contact at smokydogs xyz. I lost my password. Help

You don't have a "Thunderbird account". There is no such thing.

The account you have was provided by gandi. They were quite keen to be included into Thunderbird's start-up screens; now it's time for them to honour their side of the deal. The money you paid for that account went to gandi; you are THEIR customer.

Gandi's website has a link for those with "login problems". That should let you change your password.
