Hello,

I can't open any website axcept social media. All the social media like facebook, twitter, youtube are opening but other sites like ecommerce, news, and all types of websites are opening. If i write google.com in urlbar it doesn't open too.

Same is happening in Chrome.

Internet Explorer is working well. I can access any site here. Why not in Firefox and Chrome????????.

I am not getting what is the problem.

Hi, since this is happening in Chrome as well, it may be malware that is targeting browsers other than IE, so you can try scanning with these free programs, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.
