I have Windows 7 Pro. When I log into my cable provider to view my bill I click on "View my Bill" and nothing happens. I click on statements available for viewing and nothing happens. I click on another link and it works. I click on Logoff and it gives me the next link to confirm logoff - I click on confirm and nothing happens. Everything does work when I use Chrome. Everything used to work using Firefox on my XP laptop (now have an I5 desktop with Windows 7). Why won't this site work as it should using Firefox 48.02?

被選擇的解決方法

The site that I had problems with did not clear after deleting cache and cookies but did work when I went to safe mode - must be an addon I had. Thanks for the help

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>)<Shift> A)

In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.

Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.
