On a Mac, newest OS X and newest FireFox. It will not let me add an attachment to my GMail, but Sarari will,

I am in GMail, type my email out and go to add a JPG about 1 MG in size to my Email andthe loading bar comes up at the bottom of the email, in it , it says in RED: " Attachment Failed - Retry Help " . I've retried and click help and nothing helps so far. Anyone have help for me I would really-really appreciate it. And by the way, I have taken the same attachment to Safari on the same computer in GMail and the attachment loads and I can send it. Thanks for helping if you can, Myron

hi myron, maybe try to clear the cache & cookies from google.com and reload the page.

Phillip, thanks for your suggestion. But it did not work . In Safari, the same Gmail account will attach the file-JPG photo with no problem. So I am thinking it is Fire Fox that has the trouble or we'll call it a hick-up........ SO PLEASE still need help with Fire Fox not letting me attach a file to email on my Mac OS X. ( newest OS X and FireFox)
