When I forward a message, the "SENT" button has disappeared
When I select "forward", I can modify the message (strip sent information) and craft any other text, the there is no "SEND" button and I do not know how the send along the message. It used to work OK but now, for some reason, there is no way to send the message along to the new recipient(s)

Have you lost the toolbar?
In the Write window, F10 or alt should make a menu appear. Go to View|Toolbars and tick the checkboxes.

Worked great. Have no idea how I lost the toolbar (don't tell me but if it happens again, I can fix it.
One more question: Formerly, a copy of my messages went to SENT folder. Now they go to my inbox; not sure if they go to SENT, too. How do I stop them from going to inbox. I saw the screen on accounts but that didn't seem to fix it.
