Attachments disappear when email becomes part of an email chain
When I get an email with an attachment I open it. Then respond to it as do others and it becomes part of an email chain. Can't go back and retrieve attachment from original email.

In order for us to better investigate this issue you need to add a little more non-personal information.

- Choose Troubleshooting Information
