I don't have a composition choice under Tools > Options

Previous question: "When I write email, how do I change the default from "paragraph" to "body text"?" with answer of "Go to Tools|Options|Composition and you should be able to find a checkbox for paragraph mode. Click it to toggle it to the opposite state. "

I am using V50.0 in windows and I don't have a composition option under Tools > Options. I am looking at the left gray panel.

Try looking at the menu. That's the usual place for commands. The panel on the left lists your accounts and their folders.

If you can't see a menu, press alt or F10. Or use the three-bar Application Menu button at the top right and select Options.
