Hello! I use firefox sync for long time. I newly installed my windows and firefox and I signin my firefox sync account but don't get my bookmarks saved password

I've used firefox sync for long time. Everytime I install my windows and firefox I get my all sync data but this time I don't get my sync data. Please help. For your kind information I never reset my password before.

Is your Sync data still present on the other devices that are connected to that Firefox Account?

If you have been using Sync as a backup medium for the purpose of "backing up your Firefox data to do an OS re installation with a solitary device -- that is misuse of the Sync service. Its purpose is to synchronize Firefox data across multiple devices.
