When ever I open an e mail from an originations the Images (pictures) do not appear only a box. Some time when I click on the box it will open something. Tere is nothing in the boxes to indicate what it is. See attached screen shot.

If you click the grey star next to the sender's email to add it to your address book, do the pictures appear?

Some mail providers block images from 'suspicious' senders before the message is downloaded to TB, so it sometimes works to access the account through webmail and allow remote content from the sender or add it to the contacts listed in the webmail controls.
