Hi
I strongly recommend you update to a more recent version of Firefox to get the latest security and stability fixes. You can read more about how to do this here.
We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Firefox was previously updated and the crashes and slow speeds have gotten worse. I will try to find the time to follow the instructions on sending the crash reports to Mozilla support. I am 1st disabling AddOns and checking to determine if Mozilla Firefox and the add-on is compatible be re-adding the add on 1 at a time as instructed in prior suggestions. I believe the adobe flash was shut down on previous checks due to older versions of Mozilla Firefox and the Windows PC I'm using still that Windows has abandoned and aborted and reneged on as far as support. Too bad I even will probably still give them my business due to their affiliations with the rest of the 6 POS evil readily identifiable purveyors of the root. TY for your input and I hope Mozilla comes up with ways to recognize, avoid, resist the fugazy monopoly, IE.. pharma., ( makers of Oxycodone, etc.), C&S Foods( R. Cohen), (The hairdo at trumf University and abhorrence of Camp David as Vista is to Windows, L 0 f* in L), and continue to advise on the right ways to circumvent. Good luck to Tesla, Ford Motor and an honourable mention out to AMF and good things to You all.

So have no idea of what version you are running, when you had you crashes and further.....
This is essentially a new issue. Start from the beginning of this new issue and supply information as no idea what browser version you are now using, no idea if still on Vista. So there is no place to start.
So lets start : Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Now in the Reply Box on the forum page, do a right-click in the box and select Paste.
This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
