Instead of moving back to inbox, e-mails disappear.

I just moved an e-mail I wanted to keep for a while into the trash somehow. I've noticed that if you right click on an e-mail in the trash folder there's an option to "move to inbox again." Well, I selected that and ---- it DID NOT reappear in my inbox. it DISAPPEARED! I also tried it with another e-mail I was going to delete anyway - and that one disappeared, too. What's up and how can I fix this?

move to inbox is an option to repeat the last move you made, so the inbox could be for any account you have in Thunderbird that has an inbox.

Hi Matt -

Sorry to have taken so long to reply. Lots of stuff online going on I guess.

After I wrote that and around the time you posted, those two e-mails REAPPEARED! But as you mentioned might happen they actually went to another inbox I use thunderbird for. And it didn't happen until the next time I checked mail - and it really surprised me!

So I just moved the one I wanted to keep BACK to the correct inbox - but it seemed to go right away this time. Go figure!

I think this is solved?

BTW, I still have an open question about the way some of my blogger pages display in firefox. I am wondering if I'll EVER get that one solved. I'm not sure how to point you to that, but MAYBE you could take a look. The last helper posted something but I had some question about doing what he (or she) said which has never been answered.

Let me know if you think you can help on that one, and thanks in advance.
